Author Biographies

Dr. Lina Pilelienė is a professor at the Faculty of Economics and Management, Vytautas Magnus University. She holds a PhD in business administration and specializes in marketing. Several of her articles have received Best Paper Awards and Honourable Mentions. She has published numerous scientific papers in various journals and serves as an expert for several national and international scientific organizations. Her teaching areas and interests include marketing, advertising, consumer behavior, neuromarketing, and tourism marketing.
Dr. Viktorija Grigaliūnaitė is an associate professor at the Faculty of Economics and Management, Vytautas Magnus University. Her scientific interests include marketing communication, advertising, consumer behavior, and neuromarketing. She holds a PhD in business administration and specializes in marketing. She has published over 60 scientific papers in various journals, and some of them received Best Paper Awards.
Dr. Yuliya Bogoyavlenska is an Associate Professor at the Department of Finances and Digital Economy, Faculty of Business and Services, Zhytomyr Polytechnic State University. She holds a PhD in Economic Sciences (economics, organization, and management of enterprises). Dr. Yuliya Bogoyavlenska is the author of many scientific publications about innovations, startups, project management, digital economy, and team-coaching. She is also active in project coordination at university in HORIZON EUROPE, EIT, ERASMUS+, and the British Council programmes, with expertise in local and international projects. The areas of scientific interest include innovation ecosystem, entrepreneurship, and startup leadership in DEEP TECH, project management and finances, and state potentials.
