Shun Hattori received his M.I. and Ph.D. from Kyoto University in 2006 and 2009, respectively. He worked at Geosphere Research Institute of Saitama University (2009), Tokyo University of Technology (2009–2012), Muroran Institute of Technology (2012–2022). Currently, he works as an associate professor at The University of Shiga Prefecture. His research interests include Web Intelligence and Time-Space (WITS). He is a member of the IEEE, DBSJ, IPSJ, IEICE, and DiGRA JAPAN.
Madoka Takahara received her M.E. and Ph.D. from Doshisha University in 2015 and 2018, respectively. She worked at Doshisha University (2018–2020), Sleep and Circadian Neurobiology Laboratory, Stanford Center for Sleep Science and Medicine (2019–2020), and Muroran Institute of Technology (2020–2022). Currently, she works as an assistant professor at Ryukoku University. Her research interests include sleep quality improvement using IoT technologies. She is a member of the IEEE, SICE and HIS.
