Shiwei Xie received his doctorate degree in Environmental Science and Engineering from China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) in 2016. He worked as a Lecturer at Wuhan University of Science and Technology (2017-2022). In 2022, he was promoted to associate professor. His research topics mainly include Water Treatment; Industrial Wastewater Treatment; Electrocoagulation; Electro-Fenton.

Bin Ji received his doctorate degree in Municipal Engineering from Wuhan University in 2015. He worked as a Lecturer at Wuhan University of Science and Technology (2015-2019). In 2019, he was promoted to associate professor. In 2023, he was promoted to professor. His research topics mainly include Wastewater Treatment; Pollutant Removal.
