Prof. Zhongxiang Li is an associate researcher and doctoral supervisor at the School of Transportation at Southeast University. He graduated from the School of Civil Engineering of Chongqing University in 2012 and was admitted to Southeast University for a master's degree. He graduated from Southeast University with a doctorate in 2019. In 2015, he was a visiting scholar at Virginia Tech in the United States, and in 2019, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Columbia University in the United States. He mainly engaged in research work such as structural performance evaluation and improvement, new sensors and bridge intelligence, suspended tunnels and offshore structures, structural fatigue analysis, design theory, etc.
Prof. Tong Guo currently works as a Chief Professor at the School of Civil Engineering at Southeast University and the Dean of the School of Overseas Education at Southeast University. In 2005, he graduated with a Ph.D. from the School of Civil Engineering of Southeast University and stayed on to teach. He was promoted to associate professor in April 2008 and professor in April 2012. He has visited the ATLSS Center of Lehigh University and the PEER Center of the University of California, Berkeley. He was elected as a Fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers in 2020. He mainly engaged in research in the field of structural status assessment and performance improvement, including structural health monitoring and status assessment, new seismic structural systems, structural vibration control, etc.
