Mohamed Abdo Rizk is an Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases, at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Mansoura University. He obtained Degree of Master in Veterinary Sciences (M.V.Sc) from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Mansoura University in 2011 and his Degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Vet. Med. Sciences (PhD.V.Sc) from the reference Babesia Lab. at National Research Center of Protozoan Diseases (NRCPD), Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine. He is a Member of the Japanese Society of Veterinary Science, the Japanese Society of Tropical Medicine, the Japanese Society of Parasitology and the ACS Publications community. His research interests include drug discovery, Babesia, Theileria, and highthroughput sequencing.
