Dr. Farraj earned his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical
Engineering from the University of Jordan and his Ph.D. degree in Electrical
Engineering from Texas A&M University. His research
focuses on the security and resilience of critical infrastructure, IT/OT, IoT,
and industrial control systems; the modeling and analysis of cyber–physical
systems; and the stability, integration, and optimization of smart power grids.
