Prof. Wei Zhang is an associate professor at the School of Chemical Engineering and Technology at Sun Yat-sen University. He graduated from the Department of Chemistry, Zhengzhou University with Applied Chemistry, and obtained his Ph.D. in Marine Chemical Engineering and Technology from the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at the Ocean University of China. He has worked as the director of the Marine Engineering Technology Department and as a senior engineer at the Island Marine Corrosion Research Institute. His research interests include corrosion.
