Prof. Chuangju Li earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Shaanxi Normal University in 2002, his PhD degree in Genetics from the Institute of Hydrobiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2007. He has been working at the Yangtze River Fisheries Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences since 2007. From 2007 to 2009, he served as an assistant Researcher. In 2010, he was promoted to associate Professor. Then since 2017, he has been a Professor at the institute. His research interests include germ cell transplantation of fish, reproduction regulation of fish, Environmental DNA, and genetic diversity.
