Dr. Christopher S Stipp is an Associate Professor of Biology/Molecular Physiology and Biophysics at the Department of Molecular Physiology and Biophysics, University of Iowa. He received a BS in Biochemistry from Indiana University and obtained a PhD in Biology from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His lab focuses on tumor progression and metastasis and drug resistance in melanoma and advanced prostate cancer.
Dr. David J Gordon is an Associate Professor and Division Director at the Department of Pediatrics, Division of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology, University of Iowa. He received a BA in Chemistry from Carleton College. Dr. David J Gordon obtained an MD in Medicine and a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Chicago. He did his residency in Pediatrics at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and fellowship in pediatric hematology/oncology at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. His research interests include the identification of novel therapeutic targets in Ewing sarcoma and the investigation of DNA replication stress in sarcomas.
