Dr. Alper Cenk Gurkan is currently working as an Associate Professor at Gazi University, Ankara, Türkiye. He published his Master’s thesis on "Observation of Balance Range of Elite Female Footballers Playing In the First and Regional League’’ in 2011 and Ph.D. dissertation on "The Comparison of Static Balance of
Hearing-impaired Elite Male Athletes’’ in 2013. He was a board member of Health Sciences Institute and director of the School of Physical Education and Sports n Iğdır University in 2019. His research topics
are mainly on sports, sports psychology, training, and sports management. Currently, he is working on research and projects including topics such as the sports habits of elderly people and children with autism.
