Prof. Han Wang is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor and is currently working at the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Guangdong University of Technology, Guangzhou, China. He holds a bachelor’s degree in measurement and control technology and instrumentation and a master’s and doctoral degree in test and measurement technology and instrumentation from the Department of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Xiamen University. He was a joint postdoctoral fellow at Guangdong University of Technology–Guangdong High-tech Enterprise Innovation Base. He was a Visiting Professor at the School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. His main research directions are microelectronics manufacturing and testing equipment, micro–nano additive manufacturing technology, and bio-electromechanical manufacturing processes. He is a senior member of the China Micro–Nano Technology Research Society. He is a corresponding review expert for the National Natural Science Foundation and the National Science and Technology Awards. He is a Reviewer for several SCI international journals. He has applied for more than 200 related intellectual property rights, among which 54 have been authorized; 73 invention patent applications, among which 12 have been authorized (including 1 U.S. patent and 1 Japanese patent); and 42 utility models, all of which have been authorized.
Prof. Dezhi Wu is a Professor and is currently working at the Department of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Xiamen University, Xiamen, China. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in mechanical and electronic engineering from Wuhan University of Technology and a doctorate in testing and measurement technology and instruments from Xiamen University. He was a visiting scholar at the University of California at Berkeley. His research focuses on micro–nano manufacturing and equipment, flexible electronics (sensing), intelligent soft robots, humidity sensors, and MEMS/NEMS. The courses he mainly teaches are “Finite Element Analysis”, “Principles of Automatic Control”, “Basics of Mechanical Design” and “Computer-Aided Design”. He has participated in many scientific research projects commissioned by national, municipal, and international enterprises. He has published more than 90 papers in domestic and international journals such as Additive Manufacturing, ACS AMI, Nanoscale, Sensors and Actuators A: Physical, Composites Part B: Engineering, Journal of Physics D: Applied Physics, Journal of Power Source, Nanotechnology, Journal of Mechanical Engineering and China Mechanical Engineering.
