Oleksandr
Lukash, the professor of the Department of Ecology and Nature Conservation of T.H.
Shevchenko National University “Chernihiv Colehium”. Born on October 28, 1972
in Chernihiv. Graduated from T.G. Shevchenko Chernihiv State Pedagogical
Institute in the field of chemistry and biology (1994), Pomaranian Univercity in
Slupsk (Poland) in the field of geography, Environmental Management and
Planning (2018). Candidate of Biological Sciences (1999), Doctor of Biological Sciences (2010), Professor (2011). The subject of
the thesis for the Doctor’s
degree is “The directions of the development and sozological assessment of the
vascular plants flora of the Eastern Polissia”.The range of the
scientific interests: the flora and vegetation of Polissia, the assessment of
anthropogenic influence on ecosystems and their protection. The author of the grounds
on optimizing the conservation of biodiversity of Polissia and scientific
researches on the implementation of the projects of ecological and emerald
networks creation in Ukraine.
The author and
co-author of more than 350 scientific publications in the field of botany,
ecology, plant protection of Polissia, including 10 monographs. He was the head
of 4 international science projects in the field of nature management.
Awarded with the
Diploma of the Supreme Rada of Ukraine (2017), the Honorary Diplomas of the
Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (2008, 2010).
