Yiseyon Sunday Hosu: Yiseyon holds PhD in
Agricultural Economics. His interest is in natural resource optimisation, food
security, and livelihood studies. His research focuses on developing a support
framework for the sustainable livelihood of smallholding production systems. He
has more than 28 peer-reviewed journal articles. He leads small-scale
agribusiness and rural non-farm enterprise research niche at Walter Sisulu
University. Dr. Hosu is a co-founder of a company, Farmers Transzacts Ltd, the
proprietary owner of an agro-e-commerce platform devoted to solving the problems
and supporting systems for smallholder farming in Africa.
