Dr. Altan Ahmed is an Assistant Member in the Department of Diagnostic Imaging and Interventional Radiology. Dr. Ahmed earned his MD at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and his MS in Human Genetics from Tulane University School of Medicine. He completed a Diagnostic Radiology Residency at the University of Florida, where he also served as Chief Resident. He recently completed a Vascular and Interventional Radiology Fellowship at Mayo Clinic, Jacksonville, Florida. Dr. Ahmed’s clinical interests are in interventional oncology including radioembolization, chemoembolization, microwave ablation, and cryoablation. His primary research interest is the treatment of primary and metastatic liver malignancy and optimizing the conformality of locoregional therapies.
Dr. Elias Salloum is an Assistant Member in the Department of Diagnostic Imaging and Interventional Radiology. Dr. Salloum received his MD from Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine and went on to complete his residency in Radiology at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He recently completed a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Salloum’s clinical interests include treating patients with advanced malignancy, utilizing image-guided minimally invasive techniques such as transcatheter radioembolization and chemoembolization, percutaneous ablation, urinary and biliary interventions, arterial and venous stenting, and biopsies. His primary research interest is the treatment of malignancy with the advancement of image-guided locoregional therapies and techniques.
Dr. Jonathan Strosberg is a professor at Moffitt Cancer Center specializing in the management of neuroendocrine malignancies. He is a graduate of Harvard University and Cornell University Medical College and completed his residency and fellowship training programs at Georgetown University Hospital and Moffitt Cancer Center. He leads Moffitt’s Neuroendocrine Tumor Division and the Department of Gastrointestinal Oncology Research Program. Dr. Strosberg has published over 150 articles on the diagnosis and management of neuroendocrine malignancies, with first-author publications in the New England Journal of Medicine, Journal of Clinical Oncology, Annals of Oncology, Clinical Cancer Research, and other major journals.  He is a recipient of the National Cancer Institute’s Clinical Investigator Team Leadership Award.  He also serves on the board of directors of the North American Neuroendocrine Tumor Society (NANETS), the Neuroendocrine Guidelines Committee of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN), and the Neuroendocrine Task Force of the National Cancer Institute (NCI).

Dr. Bela Kis is an Associate Member in the Diagnostic Imaging & Interventional Radiology Program at Moffitt Cancer Center, an Associate Professor of Oncologic Sciences at the University of South Florida and a Fellow of the Society of Interventional Radiology (FSIR). He is the Section Head of Interventional Radiology and Vice Chair of the Department of Diagnostic Imaging and Interventional Radiology. Dr. Kis earned his MD and PhD from the University of Szeged in Hungary. He completed a Radiology Residency at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School, where he also served as Chief Resident. He then completed an Interventional Radiology Fellowship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School. Dr. Kis’ clinical interests include image-guided tumor therapy including transcatheter chemo- and radio-embolizations, minimally invasive percutaneous tumor ablation (NanoKnife, cryo- and radiofrequency ablation), image-guided biopsies, image-guided urinary and biliary interventions, arterial and venous stenting, uterine fibroid embolization, pelvic congestion syndrome, vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty.
Dr. Mintallah Haider is an Associate Member in the Department of Gastrointestinal Oncology at Moffitt Cancer Center and an Associate Professor of Oncologic Sciences at the University of South Florida. Dr. Haider received her Bachelor of Science as well as her Medical Degree at the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. She completed an internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, CA followed by Hematology and Medical Oncology Fellowship at Moffitt Cancer Center–University of South Florida in Tampa, FL. Dr. Haider’s clinical practice is focused on neuroendocrine tumor (NET) oncology. As a member of the Endocrine Program Multidisciplinary team, she also treats paraganglioma and pheochromocytoma. In parallel, Dr. Haider leads and participates in clinical research focused on the systemic therapies of these tumors. As a Clinical Educator, she participates in the education of medical students, residents and fellows as well as community outreach. She is an active member of the North American Neuroendocrine Tumor Society (NANETS), where she serves on the Continuing Education Committee and has been an invited moderator and speaker at NANETS national and regional seminars.
Dr. Ghassan El-Haddad is the Medical Director for the Radionuclide Therapy Program at Moffitt Cancer Center (MCC). He is a Senior Member of the Diagnostic Imaging & Interventional Radiology Program at MCC and a Professor of Radiology and Oncologic Sciences at the University of South Florida. Dr. El-Haddad received his medical degree from the Lebanese University in Beirut, Lebanon. He completed a residency in Nuclear Medicine as well as a fellowship in Nuclear Oncology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. Following 2 years of practice at the PET center of the Biomedical Research Foundation of Northwest Louisiana, he completed a Radiology Residency at St Vincent's Medical Center in Bridgeport, CT, followed by a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. El-Haddad is double-board certified by the American Board of Nuclear Medicine (ABNM) and the American Board of Interventional Radiology/Diagnostic Radiology (ABR). He served as a member of the Board of Directors of the ABNM, and currently serves on the board of Directors of The North American Neuroendocrine Tumor Society (NANETS). He is a founding member of the Society of Interventional Oncology (SIO), and an active member of multiple medical societies, including the Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR), Radiological Society of North America (RSNA), and Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging (SNMMI).
