Quanjun He received an M.S. degree in Geophysical Prospecting and Information Technology from Jilin University, Changchun, China, in 2004, and a Ph.D. degree in Physical Oceanography from the South China Sea Institute of Oceanology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Guangzhou, China, in
2014. He is current a Senior Engineer at the Guangzhou Meteorological Satellite Ground Station/Guangdong Meteorological Satellite Remote Sensing Center, Guangdong Meteorological Service, Guangzhou, China. His research interests include retrieval algorithms and validation for sea surface temperature, data reconstruction and multi-source data fusion, and application of remote sensing.
