Prof. Dr. Zhixin Sun graduated from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics with a doctoral degree in 1998. From September 2001 to October 2002, he conducted postdoctoral research at the National Seoul University School of Engineering. He has long-term teaching and research experience in areas such as IoT technology and applications, postal and express big data technology and applications, blockchain technology and applications, computer networks, and security. He is the Dean of the Modern Postal Research Institute at Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, as well as a part-time professor and doctoral supervisor at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Additionally, he is a Member of the 5th Expert Committee of the Ministry of Transport, a Deputy Director of the Postal Communication Committee of the China Communications Society, and an Executive Member of the Distributed Computing and Systems Professional Committee of the China Computer Society. He has won one first prize, one second prize, and two third prizes in science and technology from the Chinese Electronics Society, three Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology awards, and one second prize and one third prize in the Science and Technology awards of the China Communications Society.
