Anastasia Petrova graduated from the Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University (Moscow, Russia) with a degree in biophysics and completed her postgraduate studies at the Lopukhin Federal Research and Clinical center of Physical–Chemical Medicine (Moscow, Russia). She defended her PhD thesis in biophysics. She worked as a junior research assistant at the Lopukhin Federal Research and Clinical Center of Physical–Chemical Medicine (Moscow, Russia). She started her career at OOO “NPF “Materia Medica Holding” (Moscow, Russia) as a research associate; now she holds the position of Head of the Scientific Research Laboratory of OOO “NPF “Materia Medica Holding” (Moscow, Russia). Her research interests include biophysics, spectroscopy, UV spectroscopy, IR spectroscopy, terahertz spectroscopy, turbidimetric method, nephelometry, the electrochemistry of aqueous solutions, the physico-chemical properties of water and aqueous solutions, immunochemical methods of analysis, ELISA and cell biology.
