Xianjie Gao received a Ph.D. degree from the School of Mathematical Sciences, Dalian University of Technology, Dalian, China, in 2020. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Basic Sciences, Shanxi Agricultural University, Taigu, Shanxi, China. His research interests include machine learning, image processing, and random matrices.

Mingliang Zhang received a B.E. degree from the School of Mathematical Sciences, Qufu Normal University, China, in 2014, and a Ph.D. degree from the School of Mathematical Sciences, Dalian University of Technology, China, in 2020. He has been a Faculty Member of Mathematics and Statistics with the Qilu University of Technology (Shandong Academy of Sciences), Jinan, China. His research interests include optimization, image processing, and machine learning.

Jinming Luo received a Bachelor's degree and Master’s degree in computational mathematics from the School of Mathematical Sciences, Dalian University of Technology, Dalian, China, in 2015 and 2018. He is currently pursuing the Doctoral degree in Dalian University of Technology. His research interests include computer graphics and computer vision.
