Eleni Tsapnidou received her bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of West Attica in 2012, her master's degree in Human Resources management from Rome Business School in 2015 and is now pursuing her PhD in Nursing at the University of West Attica. She has been working as an anaesthesiology and ICU nurse in various hospitals in Berlin, Germany, for the past 10 years and she moved back to Athens, Greece, where she currently works at the University of West Attica, providing auxiliary academic work on a scholarship. Her research topics mainly include: nursing leadership, job satisfaction, nursing care quality, and evidence-based practice.
