Prof. Shengping Wen is a Ph.D. supervisor at the School of Materials Science and Engineering in Beijing University of Technology. In 2004, he graduated with a master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University and obtained his Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from the Department of Materials Science at Tsinghua University in 2008. At present, his main research field is the research and development of advanced aluminum alloy materials, with a focus on the microstructure design and characterization of aluminum alloy materials. He currently leads and undertakes various research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Beijing Natural Science Foundation, and the Science and Technology Plan General Project of the Beijing Municipal Education Commission. He has participated in multiple major projects, such as the National Basic Research Program (973) and the High Tech Development Research Program (863). So far, he has had more than 100 SCI-indexed academic papers published.
