Feng Cui received the Ph.D. degree in Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China, in 2007. He is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Electronic Information and Electrical Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His research interests include MEMS devices and miniature systems such as micro biomimetic robots, micro inertial sensors, micromotors, and microfluidic chips.
Wu Liu graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2009 with a Ph.D. in Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics. Currently, he is an Associate Professor with the School of Electronic Information and Electrical Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His research interests include bionic microrobotics and MEMS.
