Ram C. Kafle joined Sam Houston State University in 2014 as an Assistant Professor and currently is an Associate Professor of Statistics. He holds a Master of Science in Mathematics from Tribhuvan University, a Master of Science in Statistics from the University of Akron, and a Ph.D. in Statistics from the University of South Florida. He is also a Life Member of the Association of Nepalese Mathematicians in America (ANMA). His areas of interest include Bayesian Statistical Analysis; Change-Point/Joinpoint Regression; Epidemiology of Cancer; Survival Analysis; Longitudinal Data Analysis; Functional Data Analysis; and Risk Assessment Models (QMRA).
