Lei Fang received his Ph.D. degree from Nanjing University in 2006. He continued
his postdoctoral training at University of California, Irvine, from 2001 to 2007,
then worked as a research scientist at the Langone Medical Center of New York University
from 2011 to 2015. He was an associate professor (2015-2021) and is now a professor
of the Medical School of Nanjing University (since 2022), and he is also a
principle investigator at the Chemistry and Biomedicine Innovation Center of Nanjing
University (since 2019).
