Prof. Olivier Vittecoq, MD, PhD, obtained his Master’s degree in Immunology in 1996, and became a Board-certified rheumatologist and earned his Doctorate of Medicine in 1997. Subsequently, he received his Doctorate of Sciences from Rouen University in 2001. Then, he completed a Post-Doctoral fellowship at King’s College of London, Guy’s Hospital, London, UK, in 2002, and has served as a Professor of Rheumatology since 2004, teaching Rheumatology at Rouen University. Since 2008, he has been the Head of the Rheumatology Department at Rouen University Hospital. He is focused on chronic inflammatory rheumatic diseases, primarily rheumatoid arthritis and very early arthritis, and has extensive experience in the management of biologic agents and clinical trials devoted to new biotherapies.
Dr. Thierry Lequerre is a Professor at the Department of Rheumatology, Rouen University, Rouen, France. He specializes in inflammatory rheumatism and systemic rheumatic diseases. Additionally, he is a Member of the French Society of Rheumatology, a Member of the Rheumatism and Inflammation Club, and a Member of the French College of Rheumatology Teachers. His research interests are rheumatoid arthritis; spondyloarthritis; and biomarkers and pathophysiology.
