Prof. Joanna Klećkowska-Nawrot is a professor of Biostructure and Physiology at the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences, where she obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (FVM) degree. Her research interests include morphology and development of the organum visus and selected organs of the digestive system (organum gustatorium and stomach) and lymphatic system (HALT, GALT) in reptiles, birds, and mammals.
Prof. Maciej Janeczek, VMD, Ph.D., is a Full Professor and the Head of the Department of Animal Physiology and Biostructure at Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences. He obtained his Doctor of Veterinary Science degree at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (FVM), Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences. His main research interests are in the fields of anatomy, zooarcheology, paleopathology, biomaterials, biomedicine, veterinary, histology, archaeozoology, animal biostructure, and biomaterials applied for medical use.
Dr. Karolina Goździewska-Harłajczuk is an assistant professor of Biostructure and Animal Physiology at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences, where she gobtained her PhD. She is a member of the American Association for Anatomy, the European Federation of Animal Science, the European Association of Veterinary Anatomists, etc. Her research interests include animal physiology, animal anatomy, digestive tract, tongue, eye, embryology, birds, and veterinary anatomy.
Oleksii Melnyk is a researcher at the Department of Animal Anatomy, Histology and Pathomorphology, National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine. He obtained his PhD in Veterinary Sciences at the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine in 2012. His research interests include Animal Anatomy, Veterinary Anatomy, Veterinary Science, Animal Anatomy and Physiology, Comparative Anatomy.
