Tie Chen received B.S. and M.S. degrees in power systems and automation from Wuhan University, Wuhan, China, in 1997 and 2005, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor at China Three Gorges University, Yichang, China. His research interests include the application of artificial intelligence in new power systems.
Shinan Guo was born in Zhejiang, China. He is currently working toward an M.S. degree at the College of Electrical and New Energy, China Three Gorges University, Yichang, China. His research interests include the operational state prediction and fault diagnosis of power transformers and the application of artificial intelligence in new power systems.
