Dr. Massimo Bionaz is an Associate Professor at the Department of Animal and Rangeland Sciences, Oregon State University, Corvallis, OR, USA. In October 2000, he graduated from the Instituto di Zootecnia. He received his B.S. and M.S. in Animal Nutrition at the Universitá Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Piacenza, Italy in 2000 and his Ph.D. in Physiopathology in Dairy Cows at the Instituto di Zootecnica, Universitá Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Piacenza, Italy in 2004. He chairs the Animal Health and Nutrition research consortium for the Global Hemp Innovation Center at Oregon State University. He is a member of the American Dairy Science Association, the American Society for Nutrition, and the Society of Catholic Scientists.
