Prof. Dr. Song Zhou has been a professor
at Harbin Engineering University since 2004. Prior to this, he served as an
associate professor at this university from 1999 to 2004 and as a lecturer
from 1994 to April 1999. From 1991 to 1994, he worked as a teaching assistant at
Harbin Institute of Shipbuilding Engineering. He completed his PhD studies majoring
in Engineering at Harbin Engineering University from 1995 to 2000. He has won
the National Science and Technology Progress, Second Prize; the Ministerial
Science and Technology Progress, First Prize; the China Shipbuilding
Engineering Society Science and Technology Progress, Second Prize; and other
awards. He has been engaged in research on combustion and emission control
technologies for ship engines for a long time.
