Dr. Jianjun Gao is an Associate Professor at the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SHUFE). He received his PhD and MPhil degrees from the Department of Systems Engineering and Engineering Management at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and his bachelor's degree from the University of Science and Technology of China. Previously, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher, lecturer, and visiting researcher at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Prior to joining SHUFE, he was a Research Professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Professor Gao is the principal investigator of several research projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. His research interests include financial engineering, risk management, financial optimization, and numerical algorithms.
