Dr. Dongling Wu obtained a doctoral degree in engineering from Central South University in 2019. From 2017 to 2019, she went to the University of Queensland in Australia for joint training under the funding of the China Scholarship Council. Moreover, She has successively won the Excellent Doctoral Dissertation of Hunan Province. Her research focuses on numerical simulation of phase change materials and processes, particle materials and thermal storage technology, and intelligent green and low-carbon technologies in metal smelting processes.
Prof. Wei Chen currently
serves as an associate professor in the School of Intelligent Manufacturing
Ecosystem. Before that, he worked across academia as well as industry in China
and overseas for over 12 years, including multiple Fortune 500 companies. He obtained
his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Newcastle, Australia. He has published over 60 articles in internationally renowned
journals and received multiple provincial and national awards. He practices as
a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and also serves as a panel member for many
international journals. His research
interests cover digital manufacturing, advanced sensing technology, numerical
modeling and artificial intelligence.
