Dr. Hui Guang, PhD, is a lecturer of the Business School at North Minzu University, a tutor for postgraduate students, and a specially invited researcher in the Digital Economy and Smart Management Institute at Ningxia University. She completed a PhD in Business Administration at Hefei University of Technology in China in 2020. Her main research interests include big data human resource management and technology innovation management.
