Dr. Anup Kumar Sahoo joined at the TSMC-NTHU Joint Research Center as a postdoctoral research fellow in 2020 and the Department of Physics in 2016 at National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan. He obtained a PhD in Electronics Engineering from Chang Gung University (CGU), Taiwan in 2016, an MSc in Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IITG), India in 2010, and a BSc in Physics from Midnapore College (Vidyasagar University), India in 2008. Currently, he has authored or coauthored several papers in peer-reviewed journals, and conference proceeding papers archived in IEEE Xplore and SSDM. He also holds three U.S. and Taiwan (TW) patents. His research interests include the Physics and Technology of Thin Films, EUV Interference Lithography and Metrology, Liquid Crystal Devices: Physics and Applications, Ultrafast Terahertz (THz) Spectroscopy and Imaging, and Electronic and Optoelectronic Devices.
Prof. Ci-Ling Pan is a Professor Emeritus at the Department of Physics and honorary Life Chair at the College of Science, National Tsing Hua University. He is a Fellow of the American Physical Society (APS), the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), OPTICA, and SPIE. Prof. Pan’s areas of expertise include Laser Science, Ultrafast Optics and Optoelectronics, THz Optics and Photonics, and Liquid Crystal Optics and Photonics.
