Bilal Afzal
Bilal Afzal is a PhD Candidate at the
University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC). With
extensive experience in both academic and administrative roles, Mr Afzal has
served at various esteemed institutions, including the University of Gujrat, GBSB Global Business School, and C3S Business
School. He has a rich background in teaching undergraduate students across
these universities, where he has imparted knowledge and inspired students in
various business and management disciplines. His scholarly contributions are
well recognized; he has published peer-reviewed journal articles in leading
academic journals and book chapters. Mr Afzal has also actively participated in
key global conferences, presenting his research at prestigious venues such as
the University of Oxford in the UK, the University of Bath in the UK, Nowodworski
College in Poland, and Villa Rufolo in Italy.
Professor
XIAO Wen is a full-time professor at the School of Management and Economics (SME)
of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC). She is the
Chair Professor of the UESTC Undergraduate Internet and Interdisciplinary Elite
Cultivation Plan. She has held leadership positions at UESTC, including
Assistant Dean and founding Director of UESTC (China); ISCTE (Portugal) Joint
Program of Doctor of Management since 2008; and the Vice Director of the
Enterprises Research Center of UESTC. She has published over 40 academic papers in
Chinese and international mainstream journals. She is very active in
international conferences and academic exchanges with international fellow
scholars. She has hosted or key-member participated in over 10 national, provincial,
and ministry-level research projects, and has hosted over 20 company consulting projects.
She is lecturing
professor at many famous business schools, such as the Rotterdam School of
Management (RSM, Netherland), Politecnico Di Milano Business School (MIP,
Italy), the Lisbon School of Economics and Management, Universidade Lisboa
(ISEG, Portugal), and Polytech Montpellier (France). She has delivered business
strategy-focused training courses to over 100 companies, whose business span from
hi-tech to manufacturing and services.
Mr.
Ahad Nazir is a PhD candidate at the Bahria Business School and serves as an
Associate Research Fellow at the Sustainable Development Policy Institute. With
over 15 years of experience in both industry and academia, he has developed a
robust expertise in applying the theory of bounded rationality to project
management decision-making. Mr. Nazir has made significant contributions to
policy development, working extensively with various ministries in Pakistan.
His analytical skills and insights have been instrumental in shaping effective policy
papers, demonstrating his commitment to advancing sustainable development
initiatives.
Dr. Danish Junaid is an Assistant
Professor at the Bahria Business School, Bahria University Islamabad, Pakistan,
bringing together his experience in academia and industry. His research delves
into institutional theory and explores male and female entrepreneurial
activities in developing economies. Dr. Junaid's expertise extends beyond the
classroom, as he also provides guidance on projects funded by prestigious
organizations such as the Asian Development Bank and the Adam Smith Organization.
These projects involve collaboration with Pakistani government ministries,
including Information and Technology and Commerce and Trade, highlighting the
practical application of his research.
His work has been published in leading journals such as the Journal of
Business Research, showcasing his contribution to the field.
