Ahmed Elawady received a Master’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Sharjah in 2022. He is currently a Ph.D. student and graduate research assistant at the University of Sharjah, focusing on traffic safety, climate change, future mobility, and remote sensing. His research aims to enhance transportation systems and environmental resilience through innovative technologies and data-driven approaches.
Abdallah Shanableh is the Director of the Research Institute of Science and Engineering and a professor at the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. His research focuses on sustainability, water and wastewater management, and engineering education, aiming to integrate innovative solutions for
environmental challenges into engineering practices and academic curricula.
