Giha Lee received his PhD degree from Kyoto University. He is now a Professor at the Department of Advanced Science and Technology Convergence from Kyungpook National University. Prof. Lee is conducting various research projects on water-related disasters. Major areas of interest are hydrologic modeling using physics-based and deep learning techniques or both for large-scale ungauged basin (e.g., Mekong River Basin) and watershed soil erosion modeling, including topsoil erosion experiment and simulations, landslide susceptibility mapping, etc.
