Byoung Jo Chun received his Ph.D. in business administration (finance) from the University of Iowa in 1995. He is currently a professor at the School of Business, Sejong University, South Korea. He served as vice chairman of Vogo Industries (2023) and adviser to the chairman of the ES Group (2022). From 2019 to 2021, he was the chief economist at Future Consensus Institute. His extensive experience in the financial sector includes roles such as CEO and president of KB Securities Co. (2015-2018) and deputy president of KB Securities Co. (2013-2014) and KDB Daewoo Securities Co. (2012-2013). He also held positions at NH Securities Co. and in the Ministry of Finance and Economy. His research interests include finance, economics, and business administration.
