Chi-Chang Chang is a Professor of Medical Informatics at Chung Shan Medical University and Chung-Shan Medical University Hospital. His current research interests include clinical decision analysis, recurrent cancers, second primary cancers, shared medical decision-making, bioinformatics, and operation research. He is the author and editor of more than 200 publications. Prof. Chang is the founding chair of the International Conference on Medical and Health Informatics (ICMHI) and the International Conference on Healthcare Service Management (ICHSM). He has served as the guest editor of many Special Issues, including the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health, the International Journal of Medical Sciences, the Journal of Universal Computer Science, Open Medicine, and Therapeutics and Clinical Risk Management.
