Huai-Qian Wang obtained a PhD in Atomic and Molecular Physics from Sichuan University, currently serves as a Professor at Huaqiao University, and is the secretary of the faculty party branch. He is acknowledged for exceptional mentorship by Fujian Province and has led 10+ research projects funded by prestigious bodies like the National Natural Science Foundation of China and Fujian Province's Natural Science Foundation. His contributions have earned him accolades such as the Natural Science Award of Fujian Province and the Baosteel Education Award. He is part of elite talent programs like the New Century Excellent Talents Project and the Outstanding Young Scientific Research Talent Cultivation Project. With 60+ papers published in top SCI journals, including "Journal of Chemical Physics" and "Science China," he actively reviews for 30+ international SCI journals. Over the years, he has reviewed over 130 manuscripts, contributing significantly to the peer-review process. His research spans machine learning for nanocluster structure prediction, theoretical calculation of optoelectronic materials, design and modulation of nanoclusters, and theoretical study of transition metal ion electromagnetic structures in solids.
