Rossella Palmieri received her master's degree in International Relations from the University of Naples Federico II in 2021 cum laude and is now pursuing a PhD in European policies. In 2023, she moved to Wageningen University & Research for five months, where she deepened her studies in food security and the Farm to Fork strategy. Her research topics mainly include food security, sustainability, European policies and African studies.
Dr. Mario Amato is an Agricultural Economist currently working at the Department of Political Science of the University of Naples Federico II. His work explores the economic dynamics of agricultural systems, with a focus on food security and sustainability and the economic impacts of agricultural policies.
Fabio Verneau is full professor at the Department of Political Sciences, the University of Naples Federico II. His areas of expertise relate to the following topics: marketing of agri-food products; food consumption sustainability; food security with special reference to the introduction of new protein sources into human and animal diets.
