Dr. Jian Li is an associate researcher and master's supervisor at the School of Environmental and Safety Engineering, Jiangsu University, and deputy director of the Institute of Environmental Ecology. He completed his PhD studies in Ecology at the Xiamen University (2015). In 2022, he served as a senior visiting scholar at the State Key Laboratory of Coastal Marine Environmental Sciences, Xiamen University. At the same time, he is also a member of the Youth Working Committee of the Chinese Society of Soil Science and a Youth Editorial Board Member of the Soil Bulletin. He received funding from the 2021 Jiangsu Association for Science and Technology Young Scientists and Technologists Support Project. He is mainly engaged in the study of the impact of coastal estuarine wetland plants on biogenic elements such as C and S, the biogeochemical cycle of pollutants under global change, the interaction between sediments, plants, and microorganisms, and the control and resource utilization of biological and non-biological pollution in coastal wetlands. His research results have been published in nearly 30 SCI journals as the first or corresponding author.
