Author Biographies

Kihwan Nam received a PhD in information systems from the College of Business at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) and a BA in the Department of Statistics at Yonsei University. He is currently an assistant professor of Management of Technology at Korea University. His research interests include artificial intelligence (AI), business analytics, big data analytics, machine learning, computer vision, NLP (natural language processing), and econometrics models in business analytics.
Changyeol Lee earned an MS in Business Administration from the University of Arizona and an MS in Business Analytics from the University of California, Irvine. He is a data analyst at Aimed.AI. His specialty is analyzing data using deep learning and technical data analysis methods. His main research interests include computer vision, health care, artificial intelligence, and business analytics.
Taeheon Lee obtained his medical license in South Korea in 2018. He completed an internship at Dongguk University Ilsan Hospital in 2022 and is currently undergoing residency training in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at the same hospital. Alongside his residency, he is pursuing a PhD, with his primary research topics focusing on geriatrics and deglutition disorders.
Mun Seop Shin obtained a Korean occupational therapist license in 2014. He received his bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from Dongnam Health University (2014). He began working as an occupational therapist at Dongguk University Ilsan Hospital in 2014. He specializes in swallowing rehabilitation therapy and occupational therapy.
Bo Hae Kim received a medical license from South Korea (2010). He earned, from Dongguk University, a BS in Otorhinolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery (2014) and a PhD in Otorhinolaryngology, Otorhinolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery (2020). He is an associate professor in the department of medicine at Dongguk University. His research topics mainly include deglutition disorders, head and neck neoplasms, and voice.
Jinwoo Park is a physiatrist and rehab doctor. He graduated from the College of Medicine at Seoul National University in 1997 and received his PhD at the same university in 2010. He works at the department of physical medicine and rehabilitation at Dongguk University Ilsan Hospital as a professor. He is a specialist in deglutition disorders and stroke rehabilitation.
