Nouman Ijaz received their B.S. degree in Electronics Engineering from the International Islamic University, Islamabad, Pakistan, in 2018 and a Master's degree in Information and Communication Engineering from the South China University of Technology, Guangzhou, China, in 2023. Currently, he is pursuing a Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Ulsan, South Korea. He worked as a research assistant at the University of Engineering and Technology, Taxila, Pakistan, in 2019. His research interests include acoustic event detection, machine learning, deep learning, and sensor fault analysis.
Dr. Farhad Banoori received a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Communication Engineering and an M.Sc degree in Telecom and Network from Fast University and Bahria University in 2014 and 2017 respectively. Currently, he is working on a Ph.D. degree from South China University of Technology, Guangzhou, China. His research activity is centered around 5G Wireless Communication Systems. His research topics have widened to more general communication systems such as multicarrier communications, energy efficiency enhancement by transmitter linearization techniques and PAPR reduction, high-power amplifier characterization, neural networks, identification modeling, and equalization, and Massive MIMO technologies.
