Liu Fengliang is a professor at the School of Economics, Renmin University of China, and serves as the deputy director of the School Affairs Committee. He is also a director and deputy secretary-general of the China Foreign Economic Doctrine Research Association. He received his bachelor's degree from Hebei Normal University and pursued his master's and doctoral degrees at Renmin University of China. He also served as a visiting scholar at Durham University, UK, in 2004. In 2007, he was selected as an expert in Economics for the Central Theory Research and Construction Project. His research findings have been published in renowned journals, including the Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control and Sustainability.
