Dr. Filipe Rodrigues currently serves as a Professor at the Polytechnic University of Leiria and Research Center in Sport Sciences, Health Sciences and Human Development (CIDESD), Leiria, Portugal. Dr. Rodrigues received his Ph.D. in Sport Sciences from the University of Beira Interior in 2020. He served as a Postdoc Researcher at Instituto Politécnico de Santarém Escola Superior de Desporto de Rio Maior (Portugal) from July 2020 to July 2021. His research primarily focuses on motivational and cognitive theories aimed at understanding behavioral changes related to health across various domains. Additionally, he investigates exercise testing, supervision, and prescription for adults and the elderly. His research interests extend to health psychology, interpersonal behaviors, coaching, neuropsychology, and exercise prescription.

Dr. Raúl Antunes currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria Higher School of Education and Social Sciences, Leiria, Portugal. He received his Ph.D. in Sports Sciences from the University of Beira Interior in 2018 and a Master's degree in Sports, Specialization in School Physical Education, from the Polytechnic Institute of Santarém in 2011. Dr. Antunes served as a Guest Assistant at the Instituto Politécnico de Santarém Escola Superior de Desporto de Rio Maior from 4 October 2009 to 31 July 2022.
