Yinbao Cheng received his Ph.D in instrument science and technology from the Hefei University of Technology in 2017. He worked as a post-doctoral research fellow at Beihang University (2017-2019). In 2019, he moved to China Jiliang University and is currently an associate professor and an M.S. supervisor with the College of Metrology Measurement and Instrument. His research topics mainly include geometry metrology technology and precision measuring instruments.
