Baravan A. Asaad received BSc and MSc degrees in Mathematics from the University of Duhok, Iraq, in 2003 and 2008, respectively, and a PhD degree in mathematics from the University Utara Malaysia, Malaysia, in 2015. He is a professor in the Department of Mathematics, College of Science, University of Zakho, Iraq. His research interests are general topology, fuzzy and soft set theory, soft topology and fuzzy topology.

Dr. Sagvan Y. Musa earned an MSc. in Mathematics (2015) and a PhD in Topology (2023) from the University of Zakho. He is now a lecturer in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Zakho, Kurdistan Region, Iraq. His research interests include topology, soft set theory, fuzzy set theory, and their respective applications.

Zanyar Anwer Ameen graduated from the Mathematics Department of the College of Education at Duhok University in 2006. He completed his MSc. degree at Duhok University in 2006. He finished his PhD in Measure Theory and Related Areas from the School of Mathematics of the University of East Anglia-UK in 2015. He works as an associate professor at Duhok University (2019–present). His research interests are measure theory, general topology, soft topology, fuzzy topology, and their (possible) applications.
