Sungchan Yang received his Ms. in Biology (Insect) from Dankook University in 2022 and is now pursuing a PhD in applied biology. He worked as an entomologist at KCDC (2012–2021). In 2024, he moved to KDCA and was promoted to Epidemiological Investigation Officer in 2021. His research topics mainly include epidemiology, infectious disease, and vector-borne disease.
