Nisa Eksili received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Dokuz Eylül University in Turkey in 2003. She has worked in the field of human resource management for 10 years, the last 6 years of which she has spent as a manager. She received a master's degree in Business Administration from Süleyman Demirel University in 2015. She received a Ph.D. in management from Mehmet Akif Ersoy University in 2019. She worked as a lecturer at Akdeniz University Vocational School of Social Sciences between 2013 and 2020. Since 2020, she has been working as an assistant professor in the Department of Aviation Management of the Faculty of Applied Sciences at Akdeniz University in Turkey. Her research areas include human resource management, organizational behavior, and management psychology.
