Author Biographies

Yiqing Zhao is an Assistant Professor of the School of Humanities and Social Science, Xi’an Jiaotong University, China. She obtained her Ph.D. degree at the Department of Architecture and Urban Studies, Politecnico Di Milano, Italy. Her research interests include urban and rural heritage preservation and regeneration, urban and rural governance, and policy tools.
Keyu Jin is an Assistant Curator of the Exhibition Department of the Shanghai Museum. She obtained her master's degree at the Department of Humanities, Zhejiang University. Her research interests include architectural history, exhibition, and the interpretation of heritage and cultural relics
Dingqing Zhang is a Full Professor at the School of Human Settlements and Civil Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University. Her research interests include urban and rural ecological planning and design, cultural heritage preservation and utilization, and the protection and development of traditional settlements.
Li Wang is a master's student in the School of Humanities and Social Science at Xi'an Jiaotong University, China. Her research interests include user-centered healthcare building improvement, post-occupancy evaluation tools, and urban governance tools.
Ji Li is an Associate Professor in the School of Architecture at Southwest Jiaotong University, China. His research interests include sustainable heritage management, community participation, and urban design.
Tianchen Dai is an Associate Professor in the Shenzhen International School of Design, Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen, China. Her research interests lie in the spatial narration of urban landscapes, and its impact on the formation of mindset, city image, and behavioural intentions, especially in port cities.
