Cuina Wang graduated from College of Quartermaster Technology, Jilin University, and received her B.S., M.S. and Ph.D., in 2008, 2011 and 2015, respectively. She is now an Associate Professor at the College of Food Science and Engineering, Jilin University. She has received numerous awards, including the second prize of the Jilin Province Science and Technology Progress Award (3/8), the Jilin University Curriculum Teaching Quality Award (selected for the 2023 Excellence Award), the second prize of the 7th Jilin University Young and Middle-aged Teachers Bilingual Teaching Competition, Excellent Graduation thesis instructor and many other honorary titles. Her research directions include deep processing and utilization of plant-based food resources, dairy product processing, and research on specialty milk components, etc.
